Returns, withdrawal and refunds

14-day legal right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. For goods delivered separately, the period starts when the last item arrives. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw by emailing support@sgsbqhi.com before the period ends. You may use the form below, but it is optional. We will acknowledge your notice and provide the return destination; you do not need our prior approval to exercise this legal right.

Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. We refund all payments received for the goods, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or you supply evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and do not charge a refund fee. You pay the direct cost of returning goods after a change of mind; where goods cannot normally be returned by post, we will disclose the applicable cost before purchase. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.

The statutory withdrawal right does not apply where a legal exception applies, for example goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; or other exceptions prescribed by applicable law. A sale price alone does not remove this right. These exceptions do not reduce your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Additional 30-day voluntary return offer

For eligible items, we also accept a change-of-mind return request made within 30 days after delivery. After the statutory 14-day period, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with accessories and proof of purchase. Contact us before sending it so we can give the correct return destination. The customer pays return postage unless we agree otherwise. This voluntary offer does not restrict the 14-day withdrawal right or other mandatory consumer rights. Personalised, perishable and unsealed hygiene goods may be excluded where lawful; contact us if unsure.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order number and details when you discover a problem. No three-day reporting deadline applies to your statutory rights. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the contract. Where the law requires a remedy, we will arrange repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund as applicable, without charging you necessary return costs. Original packaging is not required to assert these rights.
