Before ordering

Each product page and checkout should show the main characteristics, price in EUR, availability, delivery options, applicable taxes and any additional charges before you submit an order. Check your items, contact and delivery details, and final total before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If information is missing or unclear, contact us before placing an order. You will receive order information at the email address you provide.

Delivery, withdrawal and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery terms. EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. Our Refund Policy explains how to exercise that right, the optional 30-day return offer and refunds. These terms do not make the statutory withdrawal right conditional on prior approval or original packaging.

Conformity and remedies

Goods must match their description and meet applicable legal requirements. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods. Statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as applicable, are unaffected by any voluntary guarantee or return offer. We do not exclude liability or remedies where doing so would be unlawful, including for intentional wrongdoing or personal injury caused by negligence.

Website content and changes

Website text, images and marks may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the site for lawful shopping and personal reference; do not misuse the site or interfere with its operation. Product and site information may be updated. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights arising from an existing order.

Consumer protection and disputes

Mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence remain available. Any dispute will be handled under applicable consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules.
