Shipping and delivery

Last updated: 14 September 2026. We offer delivery to the European destinations available for your chosen products at checkout; availability varies by country and item. Prices are displayed in EUR. Delivery options, charges, taxes and any estimate for your order are presented before you place it. Please review the final order details at checkout. Shipping options and delivery estimates are order-specific.

Dispatch and tracking

We process orders after payment is confirmed. When a carrier provides tracking, we send the tracking information to the email address on your order. Delivery estimates are estimates, not a waiver of your statutory rights.

Delivery deadline and delays

We will deliver within the period agreed with you at checkout. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If an order is delayed, contact support@sgsbqhi.com. Where the law requires, you may set an appropriate additional delivery period and cancel the contract if delivery still does not occur; in cases where a fixed date was essential, you may have a right to cancel without an additional period. Any refund due following cancellation will be made without undue delay.

Damage, loss and address corrections

Please check your delivery details before ordering and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. If goods arrive damaged, are lost before delivery or are not what you ordered, contact us with your order number. A short reporting window does not remove your statutory rights. The risk of loss remains with us until you or a person you nominate receives the goods, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.

Charges and imports

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm the order. If a cross-border order may attract additional import duties or charges that cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, this must be made clear before you place the order. Please contact us before purchasing if the checkout total or import treatment is unclear.

Available destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery time and cost vary by destination, item and selected service.

Will I receive tracking information?

After dispatch, tracking is sent to your checkout email whenever the selected carrier supports shipment tracking.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout uses an encrypted connection and established payment providers to process payment details securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@sgsbqhi.com as soon as possible. We will try to help before processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate policy-based resolution.

How do returns work?

You may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy adds extra time for eligible items. See the Returns Policy for details.

Could taxes or duties apply?

Product and shipping charges appear at checkout. Local authorities or carriers may assess import taxes or duties unless checkout states otherwise.
