1. Contact us first

Visit Contact Us and include your order number, the item you wish to return and whether you are withdrawing or requesting a voluntary return. You do not need to give a reason for a statutory withdrawal. If the item is damaged or incorrect, include clear photographs.

2. Wait for return instructions

We will provide the return destination and instructions. Prior approval is not required to exercise the legal 14-day right of withdrawal. Please retain proof of posting.

3. Pack your item

Follow the instructions provided by our team and retain your proof of postage or tracking details.

4. Refund review

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Voluntary returns are handled under the Refund Policy.
